Our database is also utilised to match potential tenants we already have waiting with your property's description. These are the people we call before any advertising starts. It's just another way we maximise the timely letting of your property.
And because our office is centrally located in Bundaberg (opposite Red Rooster) – it’s a location which ensures constant tenancy enquiry and a shopfront with a prominent window display for walk-in traffic.
Screening is next:
We interview prospective tenants and adopt a strict screening process in having them complete a detailed application form to obtain all necessary information such as previous tenancy details, employment history and real estate agent and personal references.
We also complete a tenancy check on prospective tenants using the largest tenancy database in Australia, TICA. This information helps to protect you from poor tenants.
All of this ensures you are in the best position possible to make an informed decision when we contact you to recommend a suitable tenant.
We take care of all the paperwork
We prepare all documentation - tenancy agreement, pet agreement (if applicable), bond etc - in line with legal compliance. We also ensure that the tenants understand their obligations and are briefed on all aspects of your individual property.
